Walnut Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (omega-3 rich!)
1/4 cup raisons
1 garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

Top roasted vegetables (grilled romaine pictured here), raw vegetables or fruit with a drizzle of this dressing and you will never buy bottled again!
