Lemon Tahini Dressing

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup tahini

Juice of half a lemon (2-3 Tbsp), 1/2 tsp of lemon zest

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp maple syrup (natural)

1/8 c water

1 tsp fresh dill, minced or dill paste

1 tsp fresh parsley, minced or parsley paste

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk

Use as a topping for my Tabbouleh burgers or as a complement to any salad
