Smoothie Bowl

Quick and easy and bursting with antioxidants, plant based protein and a crunchy top, can’t get better than that! Bring it to the next level with chia seeds, ground flax and hemp seeds for extra protein and omega 3s.  

 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 frozen Banana (peeled and then frozen)

1/2 cup of frozen berries

2 oz. silken tofu

2 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter (like PB2)

1 Tbsp. hemp hearts (optional)

1 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)

1 cup almond, oat or other preferred milk

1/2 cup of ice

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth, add to cup or bowl and top with granola
