Strawberry Whip

2 c Frozen Strawberries

2 c Frozen Bananas (peeled and sliced before freezing)

1/4 c low fat canned coconut milk

 

Let fruit thaw for 5 minutes at room temperature.

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Add additional milk 1 tsp at a time until reach smooth consistency.

Great as a cool breakfast, small snack or tasty dessert. 

Top with granola, sliced almonds or any of your favorite toppings. will keep in freezer in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
